Starting Year 3

North Branch Trail Alliance starts every year with a public general meeting open to everyone. Riders, partners, volunteers and the community gather to hear about the past year successes and have a voice in the starting year's rides. We seek input on how to do things better, what riding routes would be most suitable, which new businesses to include for our ride stops. We share our work and remain steadfastly transparent in the new year.

We recently conducted a survey among our riders and identified our Year 1 (2017) and Year 2 (2018) most popular business partners. We are happy to recognize

After two years of bike rides mostly along the North Branch Trail and connecting with the local business community, NBTA is dedicating Year 3 (2019) to cycling advocacy across all of Greater Chicago by building partnerships. We will join forces with like-minded organizations to promote cycling and economic development along the trail, as well as routes connecting to it by promoting a broader and continuous network of cycling paths.
